How to find GPS signal (iPhone)

If you are unable to secure a GPS signal or if you receive an "Accurate Location Unavailable" message, be sure your Location Services are turned on. To verify that location services are on, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to iPhone Settings.
2. Select Privacy & Security.
3. Press Location Services.
4. Find Runkeeper app and make sure location services are set to While Using the App.
