# GPS 故障问题

注意事项：
- 确保你已安装最新版本的应用。
- 在开始追踪新的活动之前，请等待**绿色 GPS** 信号指示*亮起（安卓手机，请查看界面右上方的三竖条；iPhone 手机，则位于界面左下方）*
如果故障仍未解决，请参考以下建议：
- 在**设置**中重置**网络**和**位置**提示，然后**重新启动**手机。
- 确保手机的省电模式已关闭，否则可能会导致 GPS 问题。
- Android 用户可能需要调整[此篇文章](https://help.runkeeper.com/en/hc/tips-to-improve-gps-tracking-and-reduce-crashes?hsLang=zh-cn)提及的其他设置。
