Are you **super** sad you can't track these activities with Runkeeper? Well, fret not! With **Indoor Mode** tracking your indoor activities has never been easier! **How Does It Work?** - Tap on the **Activity** cell on your **Start Screen,** which will prompt the Activity Type screen where you can toggle on **Indoor** bytapping 'Indoor' and selecting your activity from the list. - After tapping the back arrow in the top left-hand corner, you'll be brought back to the Start Screen, where you'll notice the Stopwatch mode icon in the middle of the screen. ![Screenshot 2025-04-08 at 15.06.02](https://help.runkeeper.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-04-08%20at%2015.06.02.png?width=340&height=763&name=Screenshot%202025-04-08%20at%2015.06.02.png)![](https://help.runkeeper.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/support.runkeeper.comhcarticle_attachments28686546771853-1.png?width=340&height=756&name=support.runkeeper.comhcarticle_attachments28686546771853-1.png) - From here, you can begin your activity, and a nifty stopwatch will begin tracking your duration! - If you decide to start tracking an Outdoor activity or accidentally began an Indoor activity, no worries! Tap on the **Settings** icon in the bottom right-hand corner. - Then de-select **Indoor** from the **Activity** options and click **OK** on the next prompt that appears. - Boom!
