How to turn workout reminders on and off

To turn your workout reminders on or off, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Settings icon on your 'Me' tab to the right of your profile picture, select Push Notifications. From here you can change your settings to receive workout reminders.
  2. You can set a reminder for the following day, in 2 days, etc. at these times:
    • 6am
    • 9am
    • Noon
    • 2pm
    • 5pm
    • 8pm
