If you are having any trouble with cancelling, please connect with our support team at [support@runkeeper.com](mailto:support@runkeeper.com) and we can look into this for you.  After cancelling, wait until your current month expires and then you can re-subscribe to Runkeeper Go by selecting the yearly subscription in the your respective App store or on [runkeeper.com](http://runkeeper.com/). \**Please note that cancelling your subscription will not cause you to lose all of your activity data.*   *\*Have more questions?
