How to reset your password

To reset your password:

  • Go to https://id.asics.com/forgot-password 
  • Type in the email address currently associated to your Runkeeper account.
  • Click the 'Continue' button. This will send an email to your inbox from ASICS. 
    • You can set a new password for your account by clicking the 'Reset My Password' button in the email. 
    • If you don't see the password reset email right away, check your spam and junk folders.
